The weather could have been better, but that is okay.  Our time with Stephanie, Jack, and Ben was great.  I had a mental list of some pictures that I wanted to take this week and the dunes was on the list (April 4, 2017).  Taking pictures, particularly landscapes, one has to take the 'hand that is dealt,' just like playing Apples to Apples or any game that uses cards.
