This is the Rexall Drug Store in Bar Harbor, Maine. The fountain service is still active, although we got there at closing time.

I love that they still have fountain service! I grew up in Arlington MA and there was a '5 and dime' near my house that had fountain service with the counter where people sat... so quaint. A few years ago, my brother brought a few of us to the old neighborhood and the 5 and dime is now a dirty convenience store with cigarette ads in the window and 'we accept EBT' signs... awful!
